In Ale Luwu, a celebration was underway. Yet, Prince Sawerigading and We Cudai felt a chilling unease, a premonition of their perilous journey. We Cudai nodded. "The wise elder Rel warned of great risks for this voyage." Sawerigading, apprehensive, gazed at the calm sea. "Are we truly destined to face such dangers?" he asked.
As dusk approached, the mighty Walendrenge prepared for departure. Sawerigading, though apprehensive, oversaw his diligent crew on deck. "All ready?" he called. The Walendrenge cast off, gliding into the open sea. Sawerigading recalled Datu Palinge's prophecy: "You will survive. Your story is not yet finished." Its ambiguity fueled his turmoil.
Suddenly, the tranquil waters turned into a furious tempest. Gale-force winds howled, tearing at the sails. Immense waves, like monstrous fists, battered the Walendrenge.
